We always select the smallest box that safely fits your items. For multi-item orders, our team measures the combined length, width, and height of all products to find the perfect box size to keep your collectibles secure without unnecessary movement.
Funko Pop!s and other collectibles like Marvel Legends, McFarlane, Mattel, and Jada items are placed inside a protective sleeve before being packaged in the transit box. Master Cases of action figures and other items are always double-boxed. Glass or ceramic collectibles are wrapped and packed with extra padding.
We use clean packing paper to cushion and protect every collectible. All empty spaces are filled to prevent shifting. If a collectible has a window display, we will never place packing paper directly against the window.
Before packing, all items are inspected by the Warehouse Team for paint defects, tears, crushing, and other imperfections. If a defect is found, our packing team immediately requests a replacement. If one isn’t available, it’s escalated to our Inventory team for review.
