How can I update my address?

To submit a request to update your address on all pending orders, please follow the steps below.

1. Log in and visit Your Account
2. Select Manage Addresses
3. Select Update Shipping Address on All Pending Orders
4. Choose the address you wish to use or select Add a Shipping Address to enter a new address
5. Select "Submit Request"

You will receive an email confirming the update once it is complete (usually within a business day).

Please note that we cannot change the shipping address on orders paid with PayPal. Instead, please cancel the order and place a new order with your updated address.
