Factory-sealed cases of products (also known as "master cartons") are often visually looked at and/or opened for quality inspection prior to shipment to you. That's how we're able to offer our Mint Condition Guarantee™.
In some instances, a sealed case may be used to fulfill an order of six or more of the same Funko Pop! Vinyl Figure. Please be aware that chase variants are not guaranteed to be included, even in a sealed case from Funko. Items ordered in quantities of four or more are not eligible for return.
